Kier Selinsky Photography is proud to announce the Summers are for Children campaign! From June 1 through August 31 2007, 25% of all portraiture sales before sales tax will go towards the Akron Children’s Hospital Children’s Miracle Network Foundation. This is not a "net proceeds" fundraising campaign – the 25% contribution to the foundation goes before any materials or labor costs are taken! Here’s how it works:
- Contact us to set up your portraiture session between June 1 and August 31 2007
- Have a fun and gratifying portraiture session with Kier Selinsky
- Order any prints between June 1 and August 31 2007
- Receive your personalized piece of artwork, and the satisfaction of knowing that you helped a very good cause.
At the end of the campaign, we’ll be putting up a page on www.kierselinsky.com listing how much money was raised, and who all the contributors were.

FAQ’s:
I’m still not clear on how much is donated, could I have an example?
It’s 25% of the total order before taxes, so if your total order with the session fee and prints is $400 before taxes, then $100 would go to the foundation.
Have prices been raised in order to accommodate the 25% donation?
No way! We see this as a partnership between Kier Selinsky Photography and you, the customer. Standard pricing is still in place, and we’re taking the loss on labor and materials to help raise this money for the foundation.
How much of this is tax deductible?
25% of your total spent with Kier Selinsky Photography will be considered tax deductible.
Have you received permission from Akron Children’s Hospital to promote this campaign?
Yes, absolutely. All proper channels have been followed and permission has been received for this campaign.
If my friends and family order prints during this campaign, will 25% of those orders contribute also?
Abosolutely!!
